Making Ur Car Feel New :d

What are ways to make your car perform at its best, liek you just bought it - preferably focusing on the engine

IE- changing oil, change transmission fluid

Also a rust check every year won't hurt.

I went through and put a foam/rubber material inbetween all the joints on the center console...no more cracks or rattles.
