So let me say this - car RUNS great! But just in case, before my 4 years ran out, i got an "ELITE" extended warranty from Infiniti. Now, more then a year past the time i got the warranty, 'cosmetics' are starting to fall apart.

1. Rear seat, right side leather upholstery came off

2. DVD-ROM cover (the leather piece on compartment door) coming off

3. Driver bucket seat, left lower part feels like a mashed potato in leather bag (i heard a lot of ppl have that problem because of foam Infiniti used was not as sturdy as it should have been)

And my local dealership is saying that none of these are covered under extended warranty. WTF

You should've read the fine print before buying that warranty

 

I'm aware of the fine print and everything - i'm just mind blowen at how craptastic interior job is done, and that Intiniti can get away with it.

 

Sorry, dude.... hopefully it gets resolved for you... are you complaining about the lack of warranty coverage or the quality (or lack thereof) of the interior???
