does the stillen intake produce sound?
...and how is it comparable to the injen or nismo CAI?
(sorry if this has been beaten to death, but i have searched and found nothing)

The injen is definitely louder then the stillen. The Stillen produces enough noise for me.

Is big bird BIG? Is grover blue? Of course the Stillen produces a grawling sound. Match it with a ztube then you will be in heaven.

Wrap it with some a/c insulation wrap $6.50 at home depot.
