Scooped my first G this weekend

First post Whats up guys

Picked up an '06-6MT coupe. This baby rides super nice and takes corners with traction control turned off like a beast. I've been reading up on the forums today at work looking for some stuff to spice up the interior and i'll probably get a touch screen nav system pretty soon and do a few other things. Anyways, here are some pics of my new ride.

You bought my car! Oh, wait mine is still out in the garage. Tint looks pretty dark - any idea if it's over legal limits?

Welcome to the forums and do check the oil consumption on the car.

Oh I'm sure I'll end up dropping a few bucks on some mods. I spent a few hours sunday browsing the engine section of these forums and searching you tube for g35 exhaust systems. I definitely don't want anything that resembles rice on this car so I'll have to be thorough with my research

Thanks for all the compliments on the G. Some dude yesterday sitting next to me at a light was complimenting the design + color.

congrats on the new ride man, i know exactly what u mean when it comes to the exhaust, just from my opinion, check out these three most popular exhausts

hks - beastly (loud at idle , loud at Wide Open Throttle )

fast intentions 2.5" - powerful (quiet at idle, loud at Wide Open Throttle)

fujitsibo - smooth (quiet at idle, Mediocre at Wide Open Throttle but still retains stock exahaust note but slightly louder)

i'd check out vredestein tires at www.performanceplustire.com they have a slightly higher tread wear, cheaper and seem to have good reviews. i'm going to get a set soon. congrats on the new ride. great color.

Thanks for the recommendations

I was looking at the FI exhaust yesterday and it looks pretty sweet but expensive. Next, I'm going to search for high flow cats to get a better idea of how much money I'll need to spend for the whole exhaust system. A buddy of mine just installed a catback on his Evo-X so maybe I can just use his garage for install and save a few bucks.
