Starter Kill won't let the car start!

just replaced my window motor today myself. after i put everything back together the window works and the car won't start. the alarm light is flashing and will not de-activate. so the car thinks it's being stolen i guess. what the hell am i supposed to do now?

Do you have any spare keys you could try starting your car with? Maybe the chip in the key doesnt play game anymore with the car for some weird reason.

Just a wild guess though...
