HI All -
recently i have been hearing, what I think is fan belt sound.

Can anyone suggest to why this is happening, I have a g35 2004 coupe.

and how to get it repaired and an estimate on the cost..

Please advice

 

whats the mileage on your car?

if it is the belt it would be like a squealing noise from the front of your car, is that what you hear?

if you would like to be sure you can spray the belts with "belt dressing" from your local autoparts store, it should then go away.

examine the belts for tiny cracks

the belts are worth approx 50 bucks. labour is more

 

current mileage on car is 41750. Yes it is a sqeeaking sound in the front of the car.
is there any special belt products that u suggest..?

 

i'd say you're probably right thinking its the belts but again if you'd like to be sure get a can of belt dressing... its only a couple bucks.
as far as belt products, if you mean brand of belts just get the oem stuff
