the g35 is slower than my old 1997 camaro z28 that had a cold air intake and a muffler (not even full exhaust)

they definitely lack *****. maybe i'll do an LS1 swap if i decide to keep the car

I can slap a turbo kit or a blower kit on the g35 and be into it for 5 to 6k....or for about another 2 grand, I could swap in an LS1 with minor mods (cam/valve train work/headers) and put down more torque than the vq could ever come close to with the same reliability

the funny thing is the fuel economy would probably go up since LS1s are rated at 27mpg highway

 

I own a G35. I don't come here to talk ****, but lets be realistic here. No one is beating a brand new Cobra with their G35. You've got to be a pretty *special* person to think that considering the Cobra runs 12's out of the box.

 

And if you guys want to go fast in a strait line, then im sorry but you bought the wrong car.

No camaro, stang, trans am is gonna outrun a G on a accual track w/o serious suspension work!

Yes I do 03' LR Coupe black interior, navi, sitting on Sevas S55's The car looks awesome and has a decent interior thats the reason I swapped my way faster truck for it, Don't get me wrong I love my car its just annoying as hell when you hear people talking stupid **** and lieing about thier cars. There is no way in hell one of these cars could "chew up" a cobra you know it and I know it..... Just stop lieing to yourself and everyone else on this board...
