Hard to say since it's a lease. But it seems pretty decent.

about $2900 is due at signing -- 1st month pymt (449), tax ($1467), bank fee ($745), dmv fees ($150), wheel locks ($50)

i got 12000 miles/year. the bank that i'm leasing through is NILT Inc, they're located in minnesota. the money factor they used was .00155 which equates to a 3.72% APR (.00155 * 2400)

do you own a business or in a position where the lease payments can be a tax write-off? if not, it doesn't make sense to lease and have monthly payments of almost $500. that's almost how much i pay for my monthly payment and i purchased.

personally, i don't see the benefit in leasing unless you can write it off because it's like renting a house vs buying a house.

Re: just got my G, how did i do??

I wish I would have leased instead of buying. I could use the lower payments now and then in 3 years when the lease is up just buy it and get a loan for the rest. Since I am trying to save up for a condo, a lower payment now means a lot. It's not going to make or break me, but would have been smarter for my situation.

nah i'm paying tax up front, so the 449/mo doesnt include tax

selling price of the car was $34800 ($36250 msrp).

residual is $21750.
