ever used Performancecenter.com?? - PLEASE HELP anyone!!

So, I ordered a set of Eibach wheel spacers from performancecenter.com, and they sent the wrong ones so I shipped them back for exchange for the correct set. The guy on the phone told me it would be shipped last Monday and tracking info will be emailed to me. I haven't heard anything from them, or received any status updates.

So I called their number 800-883-6437 about 20 times now, and can't get through at all. I keep getting the same menu options over and over again, and finally I reach their voicemail. They haven't responded to any of my emails or voicemails in the past 2 weeks. What can I do in this situation? Have any of you had any experiences with them?

Yeah, I'm having the same problem with them as well. I ordered a pair of JBA shorty headers for my F-150 two weeks ago and the payment is still processing. I can't get anyone to pick up when I call customer service, all I get to do is press buttons and leave a voice message for someone to never respond to. I've sent an email to the customer support and no response yet.

Although, I did do some research and I found the names and emails of the higher-ups. Enjoy!

Did some more searching. Look at the other websites they own and the phone numbers they use. I logged on to one of the other websites and apparently they are all linked to each other, so I'm assuming that so is the customer support.

I'm pretty sure they just went out of buisness or were bought by another company. There was a thread on it 1 or 2 days ago. Or maybe it was a very similarly named company.

my recommendation is to contact ur bank. If it is a good bank, and you file any kind of fraud claim they should do the research and make an attempt to refund your money. A friend of mine bought airline tickets, and b4 he got to fly the company went out of business, he contacted wells fargo(even though we both work there) and they did the research and refunded him his money.
