Anyone Familiar With LED White Bulbs For Corners
I just ordered a pair of regular white LED bulbs for my corner lights as I just recieved my clear corners from Japanparts.com. Is anyone familiar with the LED bulbs and how they look. Will they be bright enough or too bright. In addition does anyone know if there are LED bulbs for the fog lights. I want to keep the white color as close as possible to one another between the different bulbs.

LED H4 are impossible with current lighting technology. LEDs simply do not give out enough light to light up the road as much as incandescent bulbs. You can try to upgrade to a HID Hi/Low H4 conversion. That's where you can change you regular halogen H4 bulb to HIDs, about $500-750, depending on what color temperature you prefer. Phillips Ultinon 6000 K HIDs are an excellent choice. Autolamps-online.com 735.00

Ah ha. Well thank you very much. Finally an answer that gets me somewhere. Here is one other question then. When I put the LED bulbs in my corner marker and also in my long skinny light, will they match up well with the foglight if I put in the Piaa extremem white H4's. I just want my colors to be as close as possible. What do you guys think.

I actually tried white LEDs on my clear side marker and the long skinny light. Although they were the same white LED wedge bulb, they reflect differently in the housings. They're pretty close though. If you want to have a perfect match all around, I would recommend Philips 6000k upgrade to the low beam 145.00 x2, Philips 6000k upgrade to H4 Hi/Low (735.00), PIAA white LED wedge bulbs (24.00 x2 for 4bulbs) in the clear side markers and the long skinny light. Note, the PIAA white LED wedge bulbs are actually 2 small LED bulbs in the housing. They're pretty bright.

The Piaa Super Plasma H4's are too purple? I thought that was the plasma GT. What H4 bulb would you recommend for just a hint of blue like BMW xenons or the G coupes Xenons when you just turn them on? I was about to purchase the plasma h4's, but now maybe I shouldn't. I don't want a freak blue look.

Unfortunately, it is a guessing game. I'd have to go with Xtreme Whites.
Then again...I made a mistake earlier....Super Xtreme are blue tinted (which I got mixed up with).
You want a quality purple tinted bulb.
Plasma GT's are blue tinted.

I rarely turn on my fogs anyway so I think I am just gonna stick with, for right now, the white LED's in my corners and long skinny lights and see how they match up. If they are a happy couple then I may just stick with it and not even be concerned about the fog lights. I think, in my opinion, the car looks more aggressive without the fog lights on. I like that little area of dark between the headlight and the little round orange light. Call me crazy but that is just me. Thanks for the input everyone.

afr0puff,
the Nokya Arctic white gives off a nice imitation of the 6000k hid, only not as bright. They are also 3 times cheaper than the Piaa bulbs at ~25. Call the shop in my sig, they can help you out with that.
