hey guys,I just got a 2004 G35 coupe with auto transmission from my friend who drove this car for 80000miles already. im not too sure about the mpg of this car,but i can only go 230miles with a full tank which is approxmately 13mpg. i think its a little ridiculously low. i dont know why. do you guys have any opinions? i mean if there is sth wrong with the car? plz help me out.

You know you're supposed to shut the engine off when you park the car for the night, right?

My 04 coupe (and personal driving technique) averages 23.5 m.p.g., but I mostly drive on the interstate at 65-80 miles per hour. That would equate to 400+ miles per tank...though I have no reason to try to push it that far.

Get it serviced
I also have a 2004 g35 coupe and i can usually get about 300 miles between fill ups. You might want to find out what kind of service that it needs and get that taken care of and that might help slightly.

i get about around 370 Miles untill i fill her up (3 gallons left in tank usually) 05 MT. so thats right around 21.5-22 MPG i beleive. That is 65% city and 35% highway
