i need a cheap down pipe that will allow me to pass emissions.

i need a down pipe / catalytic converter. i want one that isnt restrictive. i have headers and a catback exhaust. now i need a catalytic converter. but i want to be able to pass emissions after the install. any help?

A down pipe is not the same thing as a catalytic converter.

Anyway, how much are you looking to spend? Fast Intentions makes great 300 cell and 400 cell high flow cats around the $600 range if I'm not mistaken.
