ok so you are saying that your steering wheel vibrates just before you stop and the vibrations get worst when the a/c is on auto and when the temperature gets colder. rotors maybe? does it do it all the time?
are you greek by birth or affiliation?

"viberation". is that like "liberation"?LOL. Yeah it sounds like rotors...except I dont know how the AC would change things. When you arent driving and your rotor isnt hot, take your finger and rub it from the center up (both the inside and the outside). If it has grooves (kinda like a record, no pun intended) then it's your rotors. Good luck.
yooo. warped rotors, nissan cars always have this i had a maxima for 3 years had the rotors replaced or ground down at least 3 or 4 times a year. also your engine prolly vibrates a lil more when the AC is on therefore you are getting two vibrations at once and it seems worse. i would say just keep the rotors until they get really bad thats what i started doing once i noticed my old 2003 maxima was gonna do this all the time

They probably are warped, you probably braked to hard in rain or something causing them to warp.
There is shops that if you feel its worth it(still have enough meat on the rotor) you can have the rotor even'd out by a machine shop to stop that vibration, or you could just get new rotors.

I believe it would be a combination of alignment warped rotors and engine vibration.
The rotors can be machined fairly cheap (20$ or so) if you have the knowldege to take the rotors off (and enough meat to chew a bit out of them)
Alignment will run you around 100$ and also a huge factor would be the wheel balancing.
Not sure how much the wheel balancing would cost (assume somewhere in the 50$ range for all 4) but, for example my car eats front tires pretty fast. I assume the cambers need to be adjusted. During this process the tire wear is uneven so gets out of balance and at a certain speed (in your case slow speed) the tires get into a vibration; usually this happens at a little higher speeds 80-100 normally.
Also as someone else suggested while having ac on the engine could add to the vibration since of the engine placement.
