What is the (!) sign on the dash mean? is it a CEL?

I was driving down the road today, and out of no where i hear like 3 dings and that light pops up.

Ive been having trouble with my HIDs, dont know if they burnt out or if i installed them wrong.

Is that the cars Check Engine Light? Or is it something else??

Besides searching, reading the manual helps. What would we do without the internet?

I don't understand why the hell people make dumb comments on using the search function. It doesn't always help! Maybe he doesn't even have a manual. If you are trying to save the website some bandwith, dont reply to these threads. The question was already answered by Strtsk8r321 and Lawrence.

Ehhh im not used to using the cars manual(surprisingly the Nissan/Infiniti Manuals are tons better, so much so that i forget its such a good resource...and > other cars Manuals), but more so those thick mechanics manuals. How could i get my hands on one? I remember with my Hondas the maker was called "Helms" and they had serious info in there, torque specs for eveyrthing, how all the electrics worked, Diagrams galore for eveyrthing on the car.

Anyone know where i can get one for G35s?
