No Throttle
I'm not an expert, but I believe any small type of vacuum leak with give you the same results.....did you replace your air intake prior to tracking your car.
This was always a result of a small leak from either the throttle body or intake plenum. It causes the computer to put the car into "limp" mode, and you can only coast with little or no acceleration. I would check that first.

how can we know if its in limp mode? cause yes there is a cold air intake on my car and it does this annoying thing... by vacum i guess u mean anything leaking after the maf sensor? or what exactly? and how can we check for a vacum leak with a boost gauge?
