Window Smear Marks

I've been noticing marks being left from the rubber trim on the top right "psg" & top left "driver" windows. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so what course of action did the dealership take.

I got them too. I think they appear after water gets there and stays for a while.

I experienced vertical smear marks on my windows, which were the result of pads in the door. There was a TSB on is and the dealer fixed it. Not sure if this is your problem.
