Help

What is plenum and what does the term "rebadged" mean? Also, how do you apply Zaino? Is it like wax? The more coats the better?

Re: Help

Well I can see you're new around here so I'll help out a bit. But first I can suggest a way for you to find answers to all your questions without having to ask ... https://g35driver.com/forums/search.php

Search for "plenum", search for "rebadged", search for "Zaino". Each of these searches will result in a lot of posts. Also check some of the other forums like "Detailing and Eye Candy Info" for Zaino help or "Technical and Modifications" for plenum help, etc.

The plenum is basically the intake manifold.

When people "rebadge" they are removing the Infiniti G35 emblems and replacing them with the Japanese naming of "Nissan Skyline 350GT" (there is no such things as Infiniti in Japan, only Nissan).

Zaino is similar to a wax but is actually a liquid polymer polish. It should be applied similar to wax but no circular motions, the polish should be applied in "up and down" or "back and forth" motions.

Hope this helps and welcome to the family!
