drill out the cylinders to increase the displacement to 3.7 liters

ive heard of a 4.2l build kit for about 8g's and tt a guy did that awhile back around here. thats a good ? though i think maybe I,H,E, hfc's, plenum (upper and lower) and tune it but i dont know

I thought you could only bore to 3.8 on the VQ's
