Learning to drive a MT isn't difficult but if I were in your shoes I'd rent a
cheap econ car for the weekend and practice. That way you'd have some
experience behind the clutch. Keep in mind no two clutches feel the same,
you can have two identical cars and the clutches will feel totally different.
I've had a dozen MT cars and never had to replace the clutch thru my Dad
teaching methods....NEVER let your foot rest on the clutch pedal....you engage
the clutch and get off! I taught my wife and kids and they never had an
issue either....lucky me!

you will get the hang of it. i started in my moms mini cooper, then to my bros WRX STI, then to my old 2003 lifted wrangler TJ, all being manuals. Out of all of them, the g has the wierdest clutch feeling. Real touchy. Its tough to master the perfect launch/shift everytime, but easy to get away with making it from point A to B safetly.
I learned in a 6 cylinder Wrangler when I was 13, then again if you put that in 4wd low and let the clutch out, it'll idle up a 20 degree incline and not blink. I am looking at 6mt G35's as well, I am 17, and I went to go drive a 6mt sedan a few days back, I didn't stall at all, or have any problems apart from the fact that I'm used to my 4 cyl civic and when I want to get the ball rolling quickly I push the pedal kinda far (I was also wearing some massive Etnies at the time) and the VDC held onto the clutch and wouldn't let go until the revs fell some.
If it really bothers you going into a dealership with no experience driving a manual, I'd say your best option is to go buy a joystick that has seperate throttle control on it, download Live 4 Speed (it's free) set the clutch pedal to the throttle on the joystick and learn the mechanics of a manual transmission
While we're on the topic, I have to say the hardest manual I've ever driven was a 2.5l Volkswagen rabbit, the clutch was like an on/off button! Literally, an inch was engaged. Favorite manual so far was a BMW 325i Sport.

I just got my g35 yesterday and I've stalled three times so far.. I feel so bad for my baby when I do it but this is definitely a lil different compared to my previous car. hope i don't screw the clutch up..
haha i learned stick on my G too.. haha got my loan bought it and taught myself on the drive home.. was great seeing there faces when i told them i'd never driven stick. hills sucked... but whatever i taught my ex on my G too.
i learned on my 02 maxima, which is real similar to the g coupe. then i had an srt-4, which was easy as hell to whip around. i love the g tho, its difficult but northing feels better when you can do everything without issue. I would just go out at night and drive around when I first learned. everyone is different too bro, it may be easy for you. you never know
I bought my 05 6mt having never driven stick a day in my life. Took me awhile to get it home but I did. Ate the clutch the first week I had it, got it replaced with a stage 2 and UR flywheel and haven't looked back since.
I feel lost now in an automatic. My feet want to press pedals where there aren't any
Seriously just take your time and try to be gentle with it. You'll get it in no time at all
