If you have 3-6 months of expenses saved in the bank as a buffer. Spend the 3k on a used vortech!! Forget the small boltons.
2nd choice would be iforged, work or HRE 20" with a 4" lip minimum

I'd put 1500 towards the loan and then use the rest to tastefully mod the car.
