Probably. I think the mounting point are different though or something along those lines

final drive is huge in the muscle car world...use to have a 05 mustang gt with 4.30 final drive...the initial rush was great until you had to replace rear tires every two weeks

Just picked up my car today from installing the 4.083 and like many have said, intially i am very impressed. Every gears pulls much harder and it is very easy to get adapted to. No loss of driveability at all. Car is an 03 6mt sedan non-rev up. no lsd. Borla td, spacer, pullies, injen cai, kinetix hfc and it has yet to be tuned (waiting on rom from uprev).

would you say the car tends to get loose in the rear if you give it too much gas? and how would you compare first gear?

Well first off I have 275/30/20 falken 452's in the rear so they help me hook up. But first gears is great. I was worried that it would be excesivelly short which is not the case. It is totally manageable if you are a decent driver. Car feels soo much stronger now. Cant wait for the osiris tune and the extra few hundred rpms..but honestly the car feels more than fine now without it.

sweet, ever run your car on the track prior to install? if you could give an estimate, what do you think your car will run in the 1/4?

ehh the 335i is nice...but my car fully built will still come up relatively cheaper than a brand new 335

When I get my G, this will probably be one of my first mods after intake, spacer, and MREV2. Or maybe it will come before.

What kind of money does it cost to do the final drive mod (with parts and labor)?
