Installation is about $300-400, see the website for the part cost.

All I'm going to say is 4.083 gears is the best mod I have done to my car. Pulls like a hat out of hell. If you want a ride in it, maybe hit me up when I am at a meet. Would be more than happy to give you guys a spin. The difference is night and day difference when driven with a intention.

Lolly, is this your only engine/powertrain mod or do you have any others that help out with gains?

Also, how's the highway ride like when cruising? Is it just as quiet as it was before in 5th/6th or noisier due to the increased RPMs?

I'd like to do a road trip or two but would hate to feel like I'm in a Neon or something with noisy RPM motor at 70-80 MPH

Only mod so far. Highway ride while cruising is fine, if anything it's more enjoyable. Definitely nothing like a neon or ricey. You'll be fine.

Sounds awesome. I'm considering going with the 3.5 or 3.7FD since I'm 5AT but am curious if I'll need a tune as well since the gear will be shorter.

Lolly, where's your RPM usually read around 60, 70 and 80MPH? Thanks in advance

Lolly, thanks bro. That's awesome. ^ ^ Does this chart correspond to your 4.083 FD gear setup? I'm curious what would the #s look like with 3.7FD or a 3.5FD setup as well. As for the chart I'm loving it! Really easy to see what I needed re: RPM speed:MPH ratio
