hey guys im thinking of doing a 6mt swap but the thing is, is it worth doing the swap or its better to sell the car and get a g35 6mt, i got the car for a gd price so thats the thing bothering me.
i could find a good low km tranny for gd price but i don't know wat i have to change

I have often wondered about this. There was a really nice boosted G for sale, actually I think it still is, it was posted here in the market place. Black, TT, out of Vegas, but it was an auto. :-( Probably would have tried to buy that car if it was a 6MT.
You will definitely need to change interior trim pieces and I would assume that the trans mounts would be different. And what about the ECU? Can an ECU designed to run an auto just run the motor and forget the trans?

Someone on here did it before but then again his car was completely modded and it took alot of time and money. Ill look for the thread.

Trans mount is dual purpose. One position will sat 5AT, one position will say 6MT. I've seen some that say 5AT, and the other say CVT.

If a shop is charging 8-10k everything included better be brand new cause that's robbery in labor.
