Will Infiniti warranty my transmission?

Ok I have the JWT Clutch and Flywheel which is new put 8 months ago. And my 5th gear is starting to grind when the car is cold. Also my clutch pedal gets stuck to the ground sometimes or sticks halfway and the clutch makes weird noises might be the throwout bearing. Anyone know for sure that Infiniti will warranty or depending on the dealership? My warranty is about to expire need help! thanks

I'm pretty sure they will warranty it. Sounds like you need a new clutch slave cylinder, and about the 5th gear grind? They might replace your whole tranny. Don't quote me on that one but pretty sure.

that's a toss up and only the dealer can tell u for sure if its cover or not especially when u installed an aftermarket clutch instead of the oem clutch back in... unless the dealer was the one who installed the JWT clutch.

highly doubt they will void his warranty because of his aftermarket clutch.

Don't worry about it, I had a talk with Phillip Tucker service manager at cerritos infiniti. Aftermarket clutch will not void your warranty.

If the clutch install ruined your tranny, then the shop that installed it is liable. If the clutch is unrelated to your tranny, then it should be warranted.
