sway bar setting

sway bar setting

I tried searching but didnt come up with anything, but i have a 04 5AT coupe and I just bought stillen sway bars and i have been doing research and i know i want to stiffen up the car but not too much, i was just wanted know hear some suggestions on what settings i should do on the sway bars without crazy over/understeer

You're looking in the wrong forum (try Brakes & Suspension), but I will say quickly that the recommended starting setting for the Stillens is Med/Med F/R. It's what I still run and I'm at the point now where I wouldn't mind it a bit stiffer. Most start from there and adjust according to their tastes.

Naa he allright where he's at, I had my Stillen sways installed by them at
their openhouse two years ago. They set at Med which is the center hole
of the three....G/L ENJOY!

Mine is set up with one hole harder than MED in the front and full hard in the rear. So far so good.

your lucky then! mine was shot after a few months. but its cool doesnt bother me anyways. probably change it when i get extra money
