Stock black grille

Ok so I have a DP g35 coupe, I am thinking about taking the stock grille and painting it flat black.

How do you think it may look, or any other ideas. Im trying to change a few things on a small budget.

I am also about to send out the wheels to have powder coated a flat black as well. So it will not be the only thing in black.

It will look good, search on here I remember seeing a diy with pictures on it. Check the gallery out too, many ppl have pics of their car with the grill painted black. Leave the Mt Fuji chrome...thats just how I would do it.

IMO it makes the car look too much like an Altima. Why blur the distinction?

I got to disagree on you with this one, a G with a black grill doesn't look like a altima

I painted my grill semi gloss black and it totally completes the look. Makes the car look sportier. In my opinion clear corners and painting the grill black are the best mods with the smallest impact on the wallet.

To each his own, but I think the resemblence is more than passing. Gunmetal might work better.
