What all has gone wrong with your G this year?

I've had mine a year and it has been in and out of the dealership for a bad sensor. They cant get it to stop giving a SES light. They had it four seperate times and now the just blame it on it being modded. Had a nissan dealer look at it that installsthe parts. They said no problems it a bad sensor.Infiniti refuses to fix it

I love my G and Infiniti in general.. but they break down a lot.
Just in the last month.. my car has spent 2 weeks at Infiniti getting something done.
Oil Consumption- New Engine
Gear Grinding- New Transmission
Blown out tire- 4 new tires
Clutch went out- New clutch
Fuel tank showing 3/4 full when car is full- new fuel tank + sensors
Total cost: 20-25 grand
What else can go wrong?

Holy S***! Sorry to hear you got a lemon...
I've just had some minor maintenance issues, some of which I still need to get resolved (i.e. seat motor, clicking by the gas pedal), but all in all my G has been treating me well. Now I just need to get weather anywhere above 30 degrees so I can wash it... Virginia weather SUCKS!

Lol thats why I love AZ.. 4 months of heat and then 8 months of beautiful weather while the rest of you guys dig your cars out of a mountain of snow.
But yea I'm not 2 worried about it bc the warranty is covering everything but like maint stuff. The car is pretty much brand new right now. My engine has few 100 miles. I should be set for quiet a while.

maybe infiniti needs to change their deff of "normal".

My car burned all of it in 1500. The engine was knocking and turning off while in motion at like 30 mph when the tech was driving it.. Infiniti still claimed it wasnt an issue and that I just needed to add oil. They then did a oil change and brought my car out. I was like wtf and told them im not driving my G off the lot. Next thing you know.. the service advisor, 2 techw, and the director were in a office talking about it for like 20 min. Finally they came out and told me they will change my engine if i get maint records which they had bc 95% of my oil changes were at the dealer. They got it done pretty quick after all that hassel.
