ok here is the 350z i was talking about it had on 275/35/18 tires and the tire buldging tire.

so this makes me think that since the Z has a 8.5" wheel like the oem 19's do i to can run 275?
am i wrong?

One more time....LOL
Sk8, if you're refering to the pic shown above I see no dangerous buldge
and no reason not to run 275s. Since you're using 19" rims I'd
run the 275/35X19. 40 series tires are used on our cars with 18" rims
when you run 19" the profile should be 35 series....I approve this message!

^agreed. you should run 275/35. I know the OEMs are 245/40/19 in the rear, but 40% of 245mm means the side wall is 98mm (tall). However, running 275/40/19 means 40% of 275mm will be 110mm, while 35% of 275mm is 96.25mm, which is much closer to the original height of 98mm.
hope this helps

ok now another question i was planning on running 25mm spacers on my oem wheels all around which are now on 245/40/19 Front and 255/40/19 Rear. what size spacers would look agressive without fender rolling if i went with 245/40/19 Front and 275/35/19 Rear.
so would i go 25mm spacer in the Front and 20mm spacers in the Rear since i will be having wider tires now bieng 275/25/19?

if I go 25mm all around I will need to get my fenders rolled right??
Not too sure.. I know for a fact that the fronts are really really tucked.. 25mm on the rear may require you to roll your fenders.. I think especially if your are rolling around on 275's.

ok cool thanks alot. i guess ill run 20mm spacers in the rear. ill mount the tires on first then see how much space i have left for nice agressive look.
