I have a 2005 G35 Coupe AT, I am trying to build up my car but I dont know much about the possibilities. So far I have: Z-Tube, K&N Drop-In Filter, MD 5/16 ISO Plenum Spacer, GTM Valvebody Upgrade, Injen Track Ed. Exhaust, Stillen Grounding Wires, Strup Test Pipes, & Strup Headers are on the way.


Where should I go from here? I dont know what I should get next, I'm thinking a tune, possibly an EMS system. What do you guys think?

 

4.083 Gears if you are definitely staying N/A, then a tune.

 

Once you get the headers installed you'll definitely need a tune, your
G will be running way to lean. I don't know what the valvebody upgrade is
but since you have an '05 with the REVUP motor why wouldn't you have gone
with MotorDynes MREV2 manifold?

I'd get a tune after your headers finally on with all your other breathing mods as suggested.

Valvebody upgrade probably could've not done b/c you're N/A and your tranny will never see madd hp/tq, but it's ready if you ever go FI.

Check out UpRev for tune. I have their Cipher so far and almost enough $ for their Osiris. That's who I'm going with on a tune.

05 5AT is a non-revup and is fine with just the 5/16th spacer.
05 6MT has the revup and yes that should run the MREV2 with spacer for most benefit for the revup only.

 

How much of a difference will the osiris make?....I'm planning on going FI within the next year so Should I just go with a standalone or will the osiris be enough?

I also highly reccomend the Central 20 3.9 gears with a Nismo LSD or the 350 EVO 3.9 gears..

the 4.083 gears arent even NISMO, they're just gears from a Nissan Frontier.
