the pictures i posted are the first time ive painted, no need for name calling. I just dont see the point in taking that much time to do such a creative work but to have it all look like it does, im sorry i know i offended you but the truth is the truth and im sure im not the only one that though that the paint job sucked.

not feeling it.

I actually took off my engine cover, it's on the bottom shelf of one of my workbenches at the moment.

I'm not bashing it, it's just not my style. Anytime you post pics on this forum, or any forum, expect some criticism.

I had an idea, and i wanted to try painting something for myself. I know its far from perfect. Im guna redo it a different way eventually when i have a decent oppurtunity to do it. yall could actually help and offer advice if ur so good at painting instead of just shooting down my work. that would be good.

come on dude, go easy on him ,its just a paint job. But i would expect better painting when it comes to these things. Atleast you didnt paint it when it was still on the plenum :P But try to do better on masking tape on where the yellow and black meet, but dont paint the bolts, leave them black.

I know its just a paint job. But whats the point in saying "poor job"? none at all. I accept and appreciate constructive criticism. but saying u dont think i did a good job has NO POINT and is stupid to post. If youre so much better why not offer advice instead? half the reason i did this was to get experience in painting, and most of the reason i posted it was to get feedback about what I SHOULD DO, not if it sucks or not.

I think it will look good once your finished. Im not feeling the yellow bolts on the bottom I think u should make them black also. And def go over where the yellow and black meet. But you did a good job for your first time. Atleast by doing this your learning how to do more things yourself, rather then paying someone else to do it. It feels better when you know you did the work too.
