those came with 245/45/18 on the back as a stock size for the 03 brembo coupe and are 8" wide

It looks fine on a stock Supra. better than the stock NA wheels for sure.

I'm running Supra fitment 18" Volk GT7s on my 2003 6mt coupe. Of course I had to add +15 fr and +25 rr spacers behind the 18/9 and 18/10 to finish the fitment for the cavernous wheel wells in the G...could still use a bit more on the frt.
