swapping rims...need help quick

Hey...so right now my friend just got a set of 06 g35 sedan rims. He has an 03 coupe. We put the back ones on...but when we tried to put the 2 front ones. they dont fit. There is an extra bolt sticking out and it is getting in the way of the rim. Do 06 sedan rims even fit on an 03 coupe...

So you don't put the rear wheels on the front accidentally because the car is designed for a staggered setup

not sure what u mean by that. So would the sedan rims fit on the coupe? The back ones fit, so we took one from the back and tried to put it in the front, but it didnt work either.

Coupe rims are staggered, sedan ones are not.

Coupe front rims have a clearance hole to fit around the bolt, the rears do not. This keeps you from putting coupe rears onto the front hubs. Since sedan wheels are non-staggered, there is no need for them to prevent people from mixing up the rims.......therefore, no clearance hole. Take out the bolt on the front, and all the sedan rims should fit.
