Window streak TSB done, but...

I had the window streaking problem in my 03 6mt. Dealer performed the TSB on both windows a couple of weeks ago. But, I still have some streaking, especially on the drivers side. It's different than bfore - lower on the window.

Anybody else who has had the TSB continue to have problems? Do they go away?

My streaked for a couple of weeks after the TSB. It should go away.

Re: Window streak TSB done, but...

I brought up this very same topic several months ago. I elected not to have the TSB done on mine because too many forum members either regreted it, or the TSB created new problems. Members' replies convinced me to leave well enough alone.

TSB = technical service bulletin. A repair or rework procedure notification from Infiniti that is usually the result of a problem that is found at factory or as a result of repetitive consumer complaints.

Re: Window streak TSB done, but...

I had it performed about two months ago and it streaked for about two days afterwards - but since then, not ONE streak has been seen - I would just give it a few days and see if it goes away...

I'm more concerned about my damn CD player - I'm going in next week for my 3rd one! DAMN "CD ERR FO"!!!!!!

I'm with Mooser,-- got a little streaking, but I don't want it to get worse, or for something else to crop up so I'm leaving it alone.
If I were you, I'd just leave it.

Re: Window streak TSB done, but...

Mine streaked, but I never got it fixed and now, 6months later, streaking is gone. good thing I waited it out, cuz some people get rattles after the TSB... many that would just start a whole train of TSBs...
