I had the same clunk problem between 1st and 2nd. I took it to the dealer and got a new tranny... and now it's good.

 

One day, one of the admins or mods here will get smart and make my old post a sticky.....

Problem solved 3K miles ago and my trannies still feeling smooth as hell. I do have an occasional click-clack into second gear, but its only when I shift between 4000-5500 rpms to second, which I do once every few days so I really dont even notice it anymore. Its the stock fluids that are the problem, Im convinced.
