I am confused about the TS ECU. You guys speak of getting the TS ECU that removes the speed limit, raises A/F and etc... do you guys actually replace the ECU unit or is everything done via handheld/computer at a shop?

Both. If you're local or willing to drive to the shop, then it can be flashed via the diagnostic port. Otherwise, you'd have to rip the box out and mail it to them for the flash to be performed.
