MD 5/16 lso or basic?

i live in south florida where its always warm...can i just go with the basic or do i need the lso thermal?

So....I live in Ca. but if I wanted to drive north say Oregon or Washington it's

+1...i dont really drive my car in the cold but i went with the iso, its just nice to know its there
