How about a "Rub and Tug" at the local palor?

 

200 isnt going to get you much performance except used sway bars or you can save up and get a pulley set. You can always spend it on looks, tint, clear corners etc. or you can get a butload of decals and a massive carboard spoiler,fart can exhaust, unpainted bumper and duct tape it.

 

+1, why do you have to spend it? Save up and get something you really want with the money

try saving some money..youl be surprised how much you could save and end up needing in the long run rather than spending it all on a car

 

i second on the detailing supplies .. 200 bucks will get you a decent amount
