Car Stutters
Car Stutters
When I am driving at a constant speed my car will stutter almost like its hitting a fuel cut. For example if I am driving 65mph on the highway all of a sudden it will jerk like I just hit the break. It never throws a cel or anything so I havent had an opportunity to troubleshoot but more speculate.
Its been going on through the winter and what I have noticed is it happens most often when it snows. It most recently happened even on drive pavement with a light snow in the air.
Also note that sometimes it will occur three or four times in a row and sometimes it will just happen once and the car will resume driving fine.
Also note that every once in a while when I am filling my tank up the nozzle will click and it wont fill up. I will have to pull back the rubber flap on the nozzle to get it to fill up. Dont know if one thing has anything to do with the other.
Has anyone else had this issue before?

does your slip light come on when the car "stutters"?
the gas fill up is a common issue. There is a TSB for the fuel line... It's happened to me once in my 03 G Coupe so im ot concerned, i will have it fixed if it occurs again.

yeah its weird it will happen every once in a while, mostly when it snows. It will be interesting to see if it happens in the summer. I just dont want to be not taking care of something that is a major problem and end up on the side of the road.
