6MT owners: how many sets of floor mats have you killed?

Is it just me???

I have a 2004 6MT and my clutch heel has eaten through three sets of OEM floor mats and I am already putting a hole in the fourth! WTF??? I am gettting about 20,000 mixed miles before I have worn through the mat.

Am I just some sort of barbarian, or do others have holes in their mats??

That's weird. Mine definitely doesn't make any marks or wear on the floormat, and I always press the clutch down all the way to the floor when I shift.

yep, I have an 06 and just finished vacuuming my car and damn my black mats look gray where my feet would be. I've seen the all weather mats but don't really like them.

I use to have exactmats on my last car and was pleased with them. I'm not sure if they make them for the G but it would be good to look into.

Mine are still perfect at ~66k miles. No idea why they would need replacing constantly
