I dont think this is the TSB that everyone has a problem with but I get horizontal streaks across my windows. The streaks are on the outside and it happens when I roll my window down part way. So after a couple weeks, I have like 10 stripes across my windows. It seems that dirt or something sticks in the window seal. Let me know if this is normal or if it is part of the TSB about grease streaks. It is really annoying the shiit out of me!!

I had the same problem but inside my window...
When I brought it into the dealership to get it checked out, the said they found a dead bug (somehow I'm assuming one of those stupid cicada got in there) leaving bug guts on my window which was basically the streaks.

 

i had a fun experience yesterday with my weather stripping on my windows. Although my streaks were vertical, i can see horizontal streaks caused by the same reason. Roll ur window down all the way, then sort of spread the two "visible" weather strippings back (kinda like u woulda spread open a _ u_sy) lol sorry but thats the best way to explain the technique. When u do that u will see theres another stripping deeper in the door. Be sure that stripping is not tucked in, do so by rolling ur window up like 1/8 of an inch. I took a peice of cardboard (from the box my all season rubber matts were delivered in from Grubbs lol) and i wiggled it under the rubber stripping for a few minutes and slowly got it all to come up, and i had no more streaking and no more streaking noise....
You may also want to try wiping inside there with a damp rag (or spraying some wd40 maybe??) because like previously stated, if ur weather striping is fine, then it just may have some sort of dirt adhered to it causing ur inconvenient and annoying streaks. Let me know if that helped at all - just really a shot in the dark trying to equate ur problem with the issue i had. Good Luck

When I drive my 6MT around for a week, and park my car outside. It gets really dirty. Is that normal? Is there a TSB for that? Should I call the dealer?
