whats with the crappy resale value?
This is my type of luck. I have to remind myself, cars are not investments, unless were dealing with classics.
Well I'm having a hard time finding a G35 Coupe priced by KBB.
Most are $18K in my area but have ridiculous mileage, not making them worth more than $14K.
No one seems to budge on the price here either, regardless of the economy.
The RSX is no longer made, so the price will remain higher.
As someone stated, the G37 is out, making the G35 "old."
Since I am in the buying market, I find this advantageous because the G35 now falls within my budget.

Search autotrader in your area, in mine I found: not many cars in desirable colors, high mileage cars with auto tranny, high mileage means tires are probably beat up (probably another 1K to 1,500 to replace), cheap cars don't have all of the options that I bought mine with. Cars aren't investments, they're toys. Overall, I'm happy with mine and enjoying it on my off days.

I'm one of those who will ****** up a good used car deal, and a used G35 falls on that list
It's not hitting just G35's though. How about this one--my brother just bought a 2005 MB E55 AMG with 50K miles and all the options for $26K. In 2005, that was a $90K car.

Are you for real? The G37 interior is head and shoulders above ours...
The INTERIOR is MUCH nicer than the G35, but the exterior bites IMHO. I doen't even like the G37 wheels......
damn thats a crazy deal.
AGREEED with the round ness on the 37 i love out 35s a LOTTT more they look more sporty the 37s look grly.. but the inside on the 37 is nicer.. Who else agrees 37 grl/gay car?
Also, I'm not comparing the RSX, people were just saying that the price is higher.
BTW, I can get an RSX much cheaper than a G35, so I'm not sure where the OPs point is coming from (unless prices are flipped in his area!)
The person who said their coupe is 19K - it will not sell until you drop it below 15K or have a confused buyer.
Even the cars for sale in the classifieds are WAY overpriced.
Someone else in this thread told me autotrader. I'm using cars.com, and they both give me the same lousy results -- overpriced G35's with high miles.
It's not that I won't take the high miles, but c'mon, a base 2004 G35C with 80K+ miles is worth less than $13K in this economy, yet they're asking $19.9
It won't even sell in a perfect economy!
