grinning from ear-to-ear
So I just finished detailing the coupe and had to run out to the grocery store. I approach a stop sign and start to slow down for some guy (40ish, shirt and tie, wearing headphones) who was about to enter the crosswalk. As he walks in front of my car, he slows down his pace and starts to stare at the front of my car. As I drive by to make my turn, I see that he's STOPPED in the middle of the street (still staring), turns around, and get this- takes off his headphones! This kind of stuff hasn't happened to me in awhile. Had to smile to myself. Just wanted to share.

Pretty amazing but my car still turns heads every day. I constantly see people staring at my car. People are always pulling next to me on the freeway, matching speed with me, and checking out my ride. Some even open their window and yell "nice car". BTW, happy birthday to my G. Owned it for exactly one year, and it still turns heads!!!!

I had my car parked at a soccer game soon after i got it and the soccer team was joggin out of the stadium (high school game, btw) in rows of two. Then there was this huge metal clanging sound. The goalie was staring so hard at my parked car he had jogged directly into a metal trash can we have in the parking lot and fallen over on top of it. At the time i just heard it b/c i had already walked in, but later my soccer buddies asked the kid what the hell he was doing and he was "looking at that black car, whose is that?" Of course my buddies set him straight on it being my car and told me the story the next day, it was pretty funny.
