I love

our seat heaters

have been such a nice necessity...

when me and my cuz go out cruisin in our cars we will talk to each other when we pull up at a light sometimes he starts talkin **** about how his Z is faster...

Then I reply with the classic " ATLEAST I HAVE SEAT HEATERS"...

*drives away*

It would be nice if they worked faster. My Dodge Magnum had much better seat heaters. I think it's a Nissan thing since my wife's Murano is the same way.

Heated seats aren't that great at all I can run them in the summer because they dont get hot enough until about an hour. AC in the seats would be nice.

You must have defective seat heaters. Unless it's below zero, I can't use mine for more than about 15 minutes on the low setting. By that time the car has warmed up and I don't need them anymore. But warmed up for me is 61 on the driver side and either 60 or 61 on the passenger side. Of course, that's when it's just me. The GF has a different view of my temp selection. I may not use 'em much, but I do like 'em, and the dual zone is nice too!

I think it's kinda funny that you Texans and Calis are complaining about lack of heat. You guys wouldn't make it past Christmas up here!

Mercinator, when I first read your post I thought "OK, early morning in South Dakota can be pretty cold, I can relate to that."

^ No I think youre butt is just extra sensitive. The heated seats in my moms old SL or even in the dodge rams are true heated seats. They're quick and keep your behind nice and toasty. The G seats don't do it for me.

Maybe I'm just a cali boy and need all the warmth I can get in cold weather.

Although the seat heaters are a great feature, I agree with others being that they take a while to get hot. My ford explorer on the other hand gets very hot very fast.
