hey guys, I have been looking into a 2004 g35 auto with sport package and i thought it was brilliant silver but I just found out that it is desert platinum. I haven't had a chance to go check it out for myself and i've never seen desert platinum in person.
What do you think about it? is it very similiar to a normal silver, and is the difference noticeable? is it nice? or ugly?

Its similar to silver but desert is more darker. Just use search and you will find a couple cars of each color.

 

DP is the Sex dude you'll love it. Its not silver but not gold. Its stands out from the rest and is a rare color. It looks really good at night when its all nice and clean. It gets dirty pretty easily tho.

its a great color, mostly looks silver but changes to sandish color at certain angles

It's nice having a rare color. I've only seen one or maybe two other Gs in DP, while I see DG/BS/OB Gs all the time.

 

DP is a nice color...It's worth the time to look at it

I don't think this thread need any more inputs from DP owners like myself but go see it. I love my DP.

 

my dp is stock and it turns heads like crazy when she's cleaned up.

I have an IP and see all the other colors all over the place but have yet to see a DP in person. With all the G's around these days, get the DP for rarity!

 

Cloud hopefully their will be a meet soon and you can see my DP. Really rare color I like it. I hate DG because theres so many people with it.

DG used to be very common in 2003 or 2004. But lately I've been seeing BS, OB, and IP everywhere I go. I am kicking myself in the *** now for waiting 3 months to get my IP when I could have gotten the LS from the beginning!
