Good deal? This is in NY by the way. Should I be waiting for the '05 to come out? I don't know if I could wait that long!!!

 

I say you wait for the 05, I don't think there'll be a big price increase. Better wheels & interior = more pimpness, lol.

 

Get the '04 now.. or '05 in December/early Jan.... that is a long time to wait for a car if you're dreaming about it every night...

 

I was considering the 05, but living in Canada with all the snow I would be waiting until next spring. I could not wait that long so I got the 04 three weeks ago with no regrets. The only problem is controlling my right foot until she is broken in. I managed to get about 6% off the MSRP.

If you are in NY and plan to drive the G in the winter. be prepared to spend another $1400 for Snow tires/rims

That's not a problem. I had a problem with winter tires with my IS300. I plan on getting rid of the stock 18's and getting 17's with winter tires. As for summer, I'm planning on buying Volk SF Challenge rims... probably 18's since NY roads aren't very forgiving.. =/

Just a note that the Infiniti order guide for 2005 models was posted on www.freshalloy.com and it noted that production of 05 6mt coupe doesn't start til 11/04 which (given 3 months) means delivery in Feb 05.

 

Ok that just made the decision for me. Thanks man, this site rocks.
