Is there really a noticeable difference between the exterior (bumpers, side skirts) of an 05 6MT Sport coupe and an 06 6MT sport coupe? I know the reverse light is now a rectangle in 2006 and that projectors were added in 06, and apparently there is more aggressive sport bumper and sideskirts, but I'm not really sure I can tell a difference in exterior.

Also, there's really not much of a difference between exterior of an 04 and an 05, right? All of these differences would be in 18 vs. 19 rims and functionality/interior improvements right (04 to 05)?

you answered your own question...

 

Deck lid and headlights come to mind. The 05 has the buffet line decklid and non-HID lights.

I think I decided to def go with an 06. I think they simply look a lot nicer from the front view. The projectors, more conservative spoiler, and rectangle reverse lights I prefer as well.

 

I went with an 06 because I can't stand the ironing-board spoiler on the 05 and the projectors. Lovin it

 

06 definitely looks better than 05, especially when they're side by side. You might not notice when they're not next to each other, but it's night and day when they are.

 

IMO, 05 looks better than 06. That is why I bought 05 coupe. I wanted only projector light. It is my opinion.!!!

I went with an 05 because I love the 05 tails and trunk lid and I was/am not a huge fan of the 06 sport bumper and skirts. The only features that appeal to me from an 06 (don't get me wrong, the 06 is still a head turner )are the projectors (which I have upgraded to), memory seats (not a huge deal since I am the only driver), and the seat-mounted seat-belt guide (again, not a huge deal).

 

I live in Virginia and I think Virginia is the best state to live in!
