Good one

If you really need to tow a boat that big, you can rent a V8 Pickup truck from U-Haul for $20 a day plus 59 cents per mile... that's pretty cheap assuming you're just bringing the boat to the water and leaving it in for the season.

Even if you did manage to get the boat to the water with your G35, I doubt very much that you could pull it out of the water with it. A boat of that size would probably need the trailer to be backed pretty far into the water for loading and unloading and your car would probably just spin the tires on the slick ramp.

I appreciate the responses. I'm NOT going to use my G35 now based on your recommendations. I do have a friend with an SUV that would be willing to let me borrow it (trading him the G35 of course..)

I can barely get up my driveway when it snows.... let alone pulling a boat out of the water on wet concrete (or gravel depending on the launch site.

yes it is possible to do this. just note that when u back up your boat to launch it theres a really good chance that part of your car will have to go into the water to get the trailer in and the boat floating. other than that a good thing about our cars is that there ****ing heavy so u luck out their when driving it around and breaking. hope this helps

G35 can tow!

Guys,
All I read is unsolicited gratuatious NEGATIVE advice from those who probably have no idea.
My G35 has a tow bar professionally installed and rated to 1200kg or 2600 lbs.
I regualarly tow the hobie cat big distances (1000km) and odd weekends tow the boat which exceeds 2200lbs.
The car tow just fine and stops very well compared with any tow vehicle. note the trailer does have brakes.
cheers
