Hey all,

I was wondering if someone could help me out with the issue I'm having with my driver side door lock. The plastic piece which houses the keyhole on the driver side is loose and everytime I take out the key it pulls away the plastic piece from the car! What piece needs replacing, and where can I obtain such a piece?

buy a passenger side one from riverside infiniti so there wont be a key whole, and just use your alarm button

or

just take off that piece (it snaps off) and put silcone behind it and stick it back on.

im using silicone on mine since i bought a passenger side piece to make it look flush and so it wont fall off or if someone tries to still it.

 

do you know the part number for the driver side piece? I want to get the passenger side one but sometimes I need the keyhole when the keyfob starts acting up.

 

no i dont but just call riverside infiniti or look at their ebay website.

it called enchelon... something like that or passenger side key whole cover. theyll know what your talking about.

time to replace the battery on the key fob

 

key hole escutcheon(sp) key hole delet escutcheon is for the passanger side. Pm tony or rick@riversideinfiniti... They got me the piece for ~35 shipped which is cheaper than most dealers picked up.

 

what kind of silicone did you use? i was just gonna put back my oem key cover since it fell off.
