Boycott TO Infiniti - CA

Didn't plan on posting any negative info, especially on my first post but here goes ...

Ordered my coupe in January, DG base, gave them $1000 refundable deposit. Tried not to get tooooo impatient and waited for THE call. Finally heard from them yesterday & they gave me a VIN ... cool! Didn't tell the wife, the kid's, friends ... just wanted to show up with it. Got another call today, the car was delivered ... WRONG color. Knuckleheads only tracked it by order # ... they never confirmed color,options etc. ARGHHHHH, I'm pissed.

what a bunch a boneheads... I'd be pissed.

Act like you wanna back out and see what happens then to sweeten the pot.

If it helps any I got the full diamond kote protection stuff for freee....

I dunno.

Told them to refund my ca$h and order me another one ... maybe I'll buy it - maybe I won't. Will decompress over the weekend & then I'll contact the owner/gm.

Couldn't wait to decompress ... called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and logged a complaint w/the dealer ... poor CSI scores affect the dealer. Also requested an expedited order, don't want to wait another 3 months... will see what they can do @ corp.
