Parts replacement requires zero knowledge....=(
I think you're wrong....did this professional check the condition of your battery, or did he just go with what makes him more $....? I've had battery's go bad the day after I bought them, just because they're new doesn't mean a thing. Sure would be a shame to have the rebuilt starter installed only to find out the battery was bad. The hesitation you were having after the new battery was installed is the key, that shouldn't happen....

My Toyota Camry turned off on me 2 months ago while I was driving on the freeway. Before that incident happened, I was already having problems with the car. The car would take a few clicks to turn on, and if I turned the key with full force it would not turn on, but if I turned it only half way it would start after a few seconds. I used that as a way around until the car eventually almost got me killed on the freeway.
My cars battery was drained out for some reason even though I looked at it and it was fine, and I had 2 other people look at it. The problem was the starter though, and once that was replaced the car started up fine.

" it wouldnt even make that honking sound when i arm the alarm."
isn't that a good thing? ....
sorry to hear about your situation, been reading it and waiting for the updates... you can test the alternator by having the car started and using a voltmeter on your battery terminals. if its not steady and below 12.4-13.3 , then its not charging the battery.
i could be wrong with the exact voltage range (these numbers were for my TL)

t7n7,
got that done at kragen already..
they attached my negative terminal and postitive terminal on to a voltmeter. told me to start the car, rev at 2.5 then 3k..
he said it checked out perfectly fine running 12v +
he said it checked everything and looks to be fine.
also this is right after when my battery got charged by kragen. and i put the battery back in the car and drove it there.
do i need to reprogram my car once i take battery out..
sorry for the noob questions, im just not that experienced with cars.

i read alot of the forums recently about starting problems..
and alot of them relates to 03 g35 with bose systems.
all of them point out to the bose system and amp..
my car headunit was recently taken out and ac is on auto at 75 degrees..
i have no headunit on my car right now and i think that is whats draining the battery..
on saturday, i took battery to test and charge, and did the whole thing, testing the whole car for any problems such as alternator and starter. everything checked out fine.
i disconnected the bose amp in the trunk. drove the car on Sunday, started up fine. this morning, the horn wouldn't even honk when arm the car.. how im considering of taking the fuse out for the headunit.
any thoughts on this guys?

Off.
When working with battery terminals, if you are removing them, always pull your ground(black) wire first and then disconnect the red wire.
When putting them back on, do the reverse.... which means you should connect the red wire first and then the black wire second.
Try this...
The next time you park your car for the night, try to start it back up a few minutes after you shut it off and make sure it starts. In fact, try starting it a few times before you leave it to sit overnight. If it starts up OK that night, and doesn't start up OK the next morning, that's probably a sign that something is drawing current from your battery while the car was sitting overnight and causing it to not have enough juice to start the next day.
You should get this issue fixed soon, rather than later too.. because it will eventually cause your new battery to die. Most automotive batteries will take a serious hit to their longevity anytime they are allowed to completely discharge.
You may have a bad ground somewhere in the car that is drawing current from the battery overnight. If you're not familiar with testing electronics, it could be difficult to find too.
